Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP)

Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) champions the province’s export industry and assists provincial businesses in realizing global marketing opportunities. The organization offers core delivery programs and services focused on exporting member’s needs. STEP offers trade development, market intelligence, international finance and logistics consulting services as well as industry/sector specific funding and training programs.

Canadian Food Exporters Association (CFEA)

CFEA is a voluntary non-profit industry association founded in September 1996 by a group of fourteen companies who felt the need for a resource focused on the enhancement of export efforts in the food and beverage industry, particularly (but not exclusively) on the part of small to medium-sized enterprises (SME’s).CFEA Website: https://www.cfea.com/

Flax Council of Canada

The Flax Council of Canada is a national organization which promotes Canadian flax and flax products for nutritional and industrial uses in domestic and international markets. Established in 1986 with full representation from all agricultural and industrial flax interests, the Flax Council promotes the advancement of flax and flax products. Located in downtown Winnipeg, the Council operates at the hub of Canada’s grains and oilseed trade.

Saskatchewan Agriculture Ministry

The Saskatchewan Agriculture Ministry fosters a commercially viable self-sufficient and sustainable agriculture and food sector. The Ministry encourages farmers, ranchers and communities to develop higher value-added production and processing and promotes sustainable economic development in rural Saskatchewan through better risk management.
